BID FOR GILLIG BUS PARTS

The Rockford Mass Transit District (RMTD) is accepting sealed bids for the sale of 8 skids of Bus Parts. All parts are new. All parts are sold as is, where is with no warranty expressed or implied. Bidder is responsible for all cost of shipping parts.

Each skid will be sold to the highest bidder for that individual skid. If there is a tie, the skid will go to the tied bid with the oldest date and time.

Skid 1 Various Brake parts; Skid 2 Bluebird, bearings, Lift-U wheelchair parts; Skid 3 Various Filters parts; Skids 4, 5 & 6 Gillig parts; Skid 7 Glass; Skid 8 Ford Driver Seat parts.

Send bids to: RMTD, 520 Mulberry Street, Rockford, IL 61101. Make sure to write “BID FOR NEW PARTS” on envelope.

Bids are due by 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, November 29, 2011. At that time, the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the RMTD administrative office at the address above.
