Motorcoach Technician

Windstar Lines is looking for a diesel technician to maintain our fleet of 15 motorcoaches at our brand new facility in Des Moines, Iowa. We are looking for the brightest people who have positive attitudes, excellent customer service skills, and heavy duty experience. Please do not apply if this is not you.

Our charter buses are equipped with Cummins ISM or Detroit Series 60 engines and Allison automatic transmissions. Candidates need to be familiar with preventive maintenance, changing out components such as starters, alternators, fuel pumps, etc., AC systems, brakes, tires, troubleshooting air leaks, oil leaks, and electrical issues. We work in a clean environment and expect our employees to help maintain that. We are looking for a hard working, team player who can keep our equipment in tip top shape.
