HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
It's easy.  Just click on the "LOGIN" button in the top right corner of the homepage and follow the instructions to create your account.  Once you have created your account, an email will be sent to you confirming your email address.  Just reply to that email and you will be able to get started right away.  return to new accounts


DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT?

DO ACCOUNTS EXPIRE?
No.  Your account will stay active as long as you would like it to.  You can delete your account by sending  an email to help@BusesOnline.com requesting that your account be deleted.  return to new accounts

 

 

Editing | Managing Classified Listings Answers



HOW CAN I ADD PHOTOS TO MY CLASSIFIED LISTING?
Photos can be added to your classified listing at any time (provided you have the appropriate listing).  
Once you are logged in to your account, find the blue box to the left of your screen titled "Account Management". 
Click on "Manage Your Listings".  Find the listing you would like to add photos to and click on that  title.  
Once that page is loaded, scroll down to the bottom and find the pictures area.  Click on the "Browse" button.  
This will take you to your computer where you will find the picture you would like to load into your classified listing.  
Once you have found  the photo, click on it once and then click on the "Open" button at the bottom of that box.  
You can repeat these steps to load as many photos as permitted within your listing.  
Once you have completed the loading process, be sure to click on the "SAVE CHANGES" at the very bottom of the page.
NOTE: Please be patient as it could take up to a few minutes to load your photos.  DO NOT click the "SAVE CHANGES" button more than once.  
Then you are finished and the photos will be posted onto the website within 24 hours (if not sooner).  return to editing-listings
 


CAN I CHANGE THE PHOTOS IN MY CLASSIFIED LISTING?
Yes.  You can change photos at any time and as often as you'd like while your listing is active on the website.  Just LOGIN to your account and go to "Account Management", find the listing you would like to edit, make the changes to the photos, and then be sure to click on "SAVE CHANGES" at the bottom of your listing.  Your changes will be reviewed and posted within 24 hours (if not sooner).  return to editing-listings

CAN I CHANGE THE INFORMATION IN MY CLASSIFIED LISTING?
Yes you can. You can change the information in your classified listing as often as you would like while your listing is active on the website.  Just LOGIN to your account and go to "Manage My Account", find the listing you would like to edit, make the changes, and then be sure to click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of your listing.  Your changes will be reviewed and posted within 24 hours (if not sooner). return to editing-listings

 


IF I SELL MY ITEM BEFORE MY TIME IS UP, CAN I USE THAT AD FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?
Your ad can only be used for that one item.  Once your item is sold, you must create a new classified listing to sell another item. return to editing-listings

 


CAN I SELL ANYTHING ON YOUR WEBSITE, OR JUST BUSES?
We have a "MISCELLANEOUS" page where you can sell anything you'd like, as long as it has something to do with transportation (i.e.,  trucks, cars, motorcycles, scooters, trailers, boats, etc.).  You never know who is looking for something, so why not expand your viewing area?  return to editing-listings

 


CAN I HAVE SEVERAL LISTINGS AT ONE TIME?
Yes. Once you have created an account, you can manage all your listings very easily.  Just LOGIN, and go to "ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT" on the left side of the page (in the blue box).  There is no limit to how many classified ads you can have.  return to editing-listings

 

IS IT TRUE THAT CLASSIFIED ADS ARE FREE FOR PARTS, COLLECTIBLES AND INDUSTRY EMPLOYMENT?
Yes it is true.  Our "Bronze" listings let you sell Bus and Motorhome parts, Bus Collectibles, as well as place Industry Employment ads for free.  We do offer a "Sliver" listing that provides you with a highlighted ad for better visibility and 2 high-resolution photos for only 5 BusBux per month.  return to editing-listings

 

HOW CAN I RUN MY CLASSIFIED LISTING FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH?
It's easy.  Just LOGIN to your account and go to "Manage My Account".  There you will be able to check off whether you would like your listing to "Auto-Renew" or not.  If there are not enough BusBux in your account at the time of renewal, you will be sent an email reminding you to purchase the required amount.  You can purchase BusBux in advance if you would like.  Our system will automatically deduct the proper amount each month.  return to editing-listings


WHY CAN'T I LIST MY EMAIL ADDRESS IN MY CLASSIFIED DESCRIPTION?
This is for your safety and convenience.  You don't want your email listed without encryption because email spammers will use your address.   That is why we provide a "Contact Seller" button for people to safely email you directly.  return to editing-listings

 


CAN I ADD AN EVENT TO YOUR EVENT CALENDAR?

WHAT ARE BusBux?
We developed this program for YOUR safety and security.  BusBux will enable you to conveniently pay for your listings, let you manage your account, and provide you with an option to print your account history.  With BusBux, we do not hold any of your credit card information, and we will never sell or provide your information to any 3rd party – in fact, with this program, we never even see your information!  return to BusBux questions

 


HOW DO BusBux WORK?
When purchasing a single classified listing, or several listings, whether at one time, or over an extended period of time, you can purchase BusBux in advance and "bank" them in your account for future use.  This will prevent you from having to enter your credit card information for each and every listing.  The system will automatically deduct the BusBux needed from your account.  Of course, it will prompt you before each transaction to make sure you approve of that transaction.  At any point, you can login to your account to manage your BusBux, and even get a printout of your account activity.  The system will keep track of your account, and let you know if you need to make another deposit into your BusBux account for future use.  return to BusBux questions

 


HOW MUCH DO BusBux COST?

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY BusBux ACCOUNT IS LOW?
It is up to you to make sure your BusBux has enough in it to pay for your listings.  However, when a listing is set to expire, we will send you an email to let you know if you have enough in your BusBux  account to cover the cost of your listing.  return to BusBux questions

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BusBux IF I DON'T USE THEM?
Your account stays active unless you cancel it.  If you have BusBux in your account, they can be used at any time in the future – they do not expire.  We will however, not refund you for unused BusBux left in your account.  return to BusBux questions
